Wrinkle Treatment Suggestions

There are several things a person can do to help minimize wrinkles and control the aging process.  Obviously, it is important to live as healthy a lifestyle as possible.  This means maintaining a balanced diet comprised of plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole foods.  A diet too high in processed foods and alcohol can reek havoc on your skin.  Also, it is important to exercise on a regular basis.  Whether it is walking, aerobics, weight training, or sports it is a vital component to one's health.  Even though aging is not negotiable there are things we can do to protect our skin and prevent it from aging prematurely. 

Wrinkle TreatmentWe suggest the following steps to help minimize wrinkles:

Use at least a 15 SPF sunscreen on your face daily (If you have fair skin try a 30 SPF sunscreen)

Drink Plenty of Water (hydration is essential)

Use a topical anti-wrinkle cream

Practice good skin care, we recommend using products with high concentrations of vitamin A, C, and E

Do not smoke

bullet

Limit alcohol consumption

bullet

Take Vitamin C tablets on a regular basis, it is known to be a powerful anti-oxidant

There are many activities that may contribute to wrinkles, when possible we suggest you avoid them.
